Faith Savaiano

Faith Savaiano is a public policy professional with expertise in STEM workforce development, technology, and government innovation. She most recently served as a Digital Services Expert with the US Digital Service, where she provided policy guidance and contributed to the implementation of workforce and skilling objectives in President Biden's Executive Order on Artificial Intelligence. Additionally, she served as a subject matter expert on federal regulatory policies and issues, including federal workforce, public-private partnerships, and technology policy. Previously, Faith was the Associate Director, Social Innovation at the Federation of American Scientists, where she helped launch and lead a fellowship program that has now placed 100+ technical experts into government for tours of service. Prior to that time, she has worked at a variety of advocacy organizations focused on STEM workforce and education issues and the US Department of State.
