
Brienne Bellavita
Observing MemberBrienne Bellavita is an observing member of ALI's Board. She is a Senior Program Officer with the Walton Family Foundation’s Education Team, focusing on education R&D, data systems, and career pathways. She led the creation of the Community Funding Accelerator (CFA) and the Alliance for Learning Innovation (ALI), which advocate for equity in education and economic mobility.
Previously, Brienne was Director of Operations at Democrats for Education Reform (DFER). She also worked for New York City’s Civilian Complaint Review Board investigating police misconduct. Brienne holds an MBA from NYU Stern and a BA in Political Science and Philosophy from the University of Rochester. Passionate about cancer research, she captains a Cycle for Survival team supporting Memorial Sloan Kettering.
