Juan is an operations and administrative professional with experience supporting cross-functional teams, streamlining workflows, and building systems that improve communication and efficiency. As a first-generation college graduate, he earned his Bachelor’s degree in Urban & Community Studies from the University of Connecticut, where he developed a strong interest in community-centered work and organizational impact. His background spans technical support, office management, education, and healthcare administration, giving him a people-centered approach to problem-solving and organizational support. Juan is passionate about creating processes that help teams operate effectively while fostering collaboration and meaningful community impact.
